Presbyopia

Presbyopia

Presbyopia is a condition characterized by a gradual loss of clarity in near vision, often diagnosed around the age of 45 to 55 years old. As the eye muscles lose elasticity, you may experience blurriness and difficulty focusing on close objects, such as reading or using a computer.

The most common treatments for presbyopia include reading glasses, bifocal lenses, or progressive lenses (invisible bifocals). Additionally, there are surgical options available.
